Systec's patented Trim Line Conveyor (TLC) Car brings an abundance of safety features never before seen on mobile conveyors. Systec’s TLC was re-engineered from the ground up to incorporate the latest technology and safety components available. The most significant safety feature is the side-shift conveyor beds.

This technology virtually eliminates the pinch point, or shear point, that exists with “old style” mobile conveyors. The TLC car leaves a 9” gap between the stationary conveyor and the car while it is in motion. Other safety features include; high-sensitivity bumper, laser pathway sensors, audible and visual alert system, and operator visual assistance system.

This car is second to none in workmanship, and applies all the latest in technology, safety designs and features.
