Confirm backup copies of PLC Programs, Schematics and Layouts.

Experts say that people struck by lightning can tell when lightning is about to strike again.  Unless that’s you, you never know when a power surge will strike your facility. 

One of the many things that might be affected after a power surge is your conveyor PLC programs.  If this happens, backup copies of your PLC program will help recover and restore programs in the time of need. Programs should be backed up on a yearly basis to ensure you’re always prepared for the worse. Please confirm you have a copy of the programs, along with current schematics and layouts. Future projects may also need these documents for confirmation of existing layouts.
